Thank you so very much for all the support your company has provided to the members of the Georgia Veterinary Medical Association! We could not provide the quality education and benefits our members seek without it.
We would like to invite you to participate once again in the GVMA’s Summer Convention, May 29–31, 2008 at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, Sandestin, Florida. We have many opportunities for you to showcase your products and services and network with the veterinary community.
Beginning with our exhibit reception on Wednesday evening, we have continuing education classes each day from 7am-1pm. The classrooms are located off of the exhibit hall, making it necessary for the attendees to pass by you each time. During the morning break, a full breakfast will be served in the exhibit hall, again encouraging attendance. The exhibit will conclude on Saturday morning.
Each day we will showcase nationally renowned speakers and provide you with the opportunity to sponsor one of them. Each speaker sponsor will receive
· Your name and logo in the brochure posted on the GVMA web site: www.GVMA.net
· Opportunity for a one-minute commercial at the beginning of the first lecture
· Your name and logo printed on a placard outside the lecture hall
· Opportunity to place literature in the educational seminar
· Opportunity to provide pens and note pads on the tables in the educational seminar
· Pre-show mailing labels of all pre-registered veterinarians
· Special sponsor recognition ribbons for your representatives
· Recognition signage in the program book
· Recognition signage in the registration area
And last but not least, we encourage you to join us for the many social activities. This is an excellent way to network in an informal environment with our members. This year the ever popular Family Night is back, with a County Fair theme, the Family Bike Ride, the Run/Walk, Sunset Cruise with dinner, Golf tournament, and we conclude Saturday evening with a Fantasy Island Gala! Sponsorships are also available for these activities.
