09 Nov GVMA Career Fair A Huge Success!
The GVMA held a Career Fair at the UGA Teaching Hospital on Tuesday,November 7th, for UGA CVM students looking for internships, externships, and associate positions. The event was a huge success as over 100 students came to learn more about veterinary opportunities in Georgia. We had 20 clinics represented, some who traveled from as far as Brunswick to attend. Several GVMA member clinics who could not attend utilized our job board option. We look forward to expanding the fair in 2018 and would like to thank VCA for sponsoring t-shirts, snacks, and an ice cream bar!
